Payment

1. For all parcel deliveries, payment is done in full before dispatching the package. ‘that is’ – The product cost & the shipping cost.
2.  If the ‘express’ deliver cost is roughly ksh450 or more, we request the delivery cost to be paid before dispatching the order. The rest of the amount can be paid on delivery
3. For all ‘eco’ deliveries, we request the delivery cost to be paid before dispatching the order, the rest of the amount can be paid on delivery.
4. All orders after 7pm we only accept payment before dispatching the order.
